Slide valve vacuum pump in China's production history has been more than 60 years, has now formed the third generation of slide valve pump. Its structural arrangement is that the pump and the motor are on the same base. Such pumps have significant disadvantages such as large volume, not compact structure and large floor area. In order to overcome the above problems, it was later developed into the second generation slide valve pump with the motor placed on the pump oil tank. Compared with the first generation pump, the structure of the second generation pump is greatly improved, with compact structure and small floor area. However, due to the motor placed on the oil tank, the center of gravity of the pump is high and the operation is not stable enough. In order to overcome this weakness, the third generation slide valve pump moves the oil tank to the rear of the pump, the motor is directly installed on the pump body, which greatly reduces the height and center of gravity of the pump. The distance between the motor axis and the pump shaft is greatly reduced, so that the pump runs more smoothly. At the same time, the structure and oil supply have been improved., Is the third generation of slide valve pump in the service life, maintenance, comprehensive performance has been greatly improved.

 

 

2. H-300GA slide valve pump comparison H-150 slide valve pump advantages:

 

1. The oil tank of the first generation H-150 slide valve pump is located on the upper part of the pump body. The second generation H-150 slide valve pump changes the plate gold oil tank of the first generation into a cast iron oil tank, and moves the motor to the upper part of the oil tank. At the same time, in order to reduce the height between the motor axis and the pump main shaft, the height of the oil tank is shortened, which brings the problem of increasing the fuel injection volume of the exhaust port. The third-generation slide valve pump arranges the oil tank at the rear of the pump, which solves the above problems. At the same time, the center of gravity of the pump is greatly reduced, the vibration of the pump is reduced, the pump runs more smoothly, and the structure is relatively simple.

2. With the improvement of the structure of the third-generation slide valve pump, the distance between the motor shaft and the pump shaft becomes smaller, which shortens the length of the belt and reduces the beating of the belt, which is conducive to the smooth operation of the pump and prolongs the service life of the belt.

3. The third-generation slide valve pump cancels the exhaust valve cover and oil-gas separator on the upper part of the exhaust valve, which greatly reduces the oil layer on the upper part of the exhaust valve. During the operation of the slide valve pump, it reduces the chance of inhaled moisture and gas contacting with vacuum oil, and the emulsification time of vacuum oil is greatly prolonged. The oil and gas separator of the pump adopts a cyclone structure and moves to the exhaust port on the oil tank side at the rear of the pump.

4. The oil supply mode in the pump cavity has been changed from the traditional mode to the intermittent oil supply mode in the compression chamber, which is good for improving the limit pressure (vacuum) of the pump, so that the limit pressure of the single pump is close to or reaches the limit pressure of the two-stage pump;

5, the first generation and second generation slide valve pump plane joint surface with resin and paper pad seal, the problem is that the pump body gap size is difficult to control, affect the accuracy of the vacuum pump, the user in the later maintenance and cleaning is not convenient. 6. The bearings of the first generation and the second generation slide valve pumps are directly connected with the pump cavity. Impurities and foreign matters are sucked into the pump cavity during work, which can easily affect the normal operation of the bearings. The bearings of the third generation slide valve pumps adopt an external structure, and the pump cavity increases seals between the bearings. The bearings do not need vacuum oil to lubricate the bearings in the pump, and oil is supplied separately to improve the service life of the bearings;

7. The first and second generation slide valve pump oil system adopts manual operation, especially before shutdown, it is troublesome and prone to misoperation, which directly affects the next start of the slide valve pump. The third-generation slide valve pump oil system is equipped with imported solenoid valve control, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable. At the same time, the external oil pipe is changed to the internal one, which makes the appearance more beautiful and the structure more concise;

8. The third-generation slide valve pump inlet is equipped with a filter device to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump cavity and improve the operation reliability of the pump;

9. The key components of the product are processed at one time through the processing center. The form and position tolerances of the parts are unified, and the cooperation between the pump body and the pump cover and other parts is interchangeable, which is convenient for maintenance or replacement.

10. Compared with the first and second generation slide valve pumps, the exhaust valve cover and the sheet-metal oil and gas separator are eliminated. The oil change process of the third generation slide valve pump is simpler and faster. The exhaust valve part and the oil tank can be cleaned only by opening the cover plate on the side of the oil tank, unlike the first and second generation slide valve pumps, which need to remove the motor, oil tank, disassemble the exhaust valve cover and other processes.

11. Compared with the same type of vacuum pump, the power is smaller, which is in line with the current trend of energy saving and high efficiency, and the later use is cost-effective.
